Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based onsite at our Redditch facility.

In this key role, you’ll be the go-to expert for employee relations, providing professional advice and hands-on support across a wide range of ER matters—including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management. You’ll work closely with line managers to ensure consistency, fairness, and full compliance with UK employment law, helping to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for someone confident managing complex ER issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years' experience in employee relations, with a strong understanding of UK employment legislation.

Proven ability to manage complex disciplinary and grievance cases from start to finish.

Confident advising managers and influencing decision-making at all levels.

Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices.

Calm under pressure, with excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.

CIPD Level 5 (desirable, not essential).

Background in aerospace or manufacturing sectors is a plus.

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
