Invites applications for the position of:

Employee Services Assistant - Human Resources (1.0 FTE Temporary 12 Month Contract)

Reporting to the Manager of Employee Services, the Employee Services Assistant will support the Employee Services Department in the areas of, Office Administration, Automated Callout System, Occupational Health and Safety, Internal and External Recruitment, Staff Orientation, Attendance Support, Employee Wellness, Return to Work, WSIB, HRIS and will assist with Labour Relations.

Post-secondary education in Business Administration - Human Resources or Office Administration is required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suites and they will possess superior analytical, organizational and customer service skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount, and the ability to work with minimal supervision is required. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to problem solve, and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
