ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Alwar, Rajasthan proposes to fill up the posts of medical teaching faculty â Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Super Specialists, Senior Residents in the disciplines mentioned below on contractual basis through walk in interview. Tenure and RemunerationÂ
For Teaching Faculty
• Consolidated remuneration of Professor (Rs. 201213/-), Associate Professor (Rs. 133802/-), Associate Professor (Rs. 114+55/-) will be paid. Consolidated remuneration of Professors may be given to Associate Professor provided eligible to become Professor.
• Emolument for Senior Resident: Basic Pay Rs. 67700/- (Level-11) + NPA (Revised) + other allowances (Total consolidated Amount â 1,12,260/-)
• Super Specialist Full Time (upto Rs. 2.4 lakh/-) and for Part Time (upto Rs. 1.5 lakh/-).
In case of non-availability of candidates in the category advertised, the post may be filled for less than 45 days through UR candidates.
Reservation Roster for PH Category is applicable as per Govt. of India rules.
The engagement of contractual faculty on consolidated remuneration will be initially for a period of One year or joining of regular incumbent whichever is earlier However, the contract would be terminable on one-month notice or on joining of regular faculty or attaining the age of 70 years whichever is earlier.
