What you’ll do
As an Employer Engagement Partner in our team you’ll:
Build strong, genuine connections with employers to create long-term job opportunities.
Work with participants to match them with jobs that fit their skills, goals, and interests.
Support employers with practical advice and workplace adjustments to help participants thrive.
What you’ll bring
A great ability to build trust and connect with a variety of people, from participants to employers.
An enthusiasm to advocate for inclusive hiring and creating opportunities for people.
Clear communicator who can explain ideas simply and work collaboratively with teams.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
Experience in a customer service or employment support setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
