Matchworks are looking for supportive and outgoing Employment Coach to consult with people with disability, and support them to find meaningful work, build skills and thrive in their workplaces.

What you’ll do
As an Employment Coach in our team you’ll:
Get to know participants’ strengths and goals, then match them with the right job opportunities.
Create personalised career plans and coach participants to build skills and confidence.
Link participants with training, health, and community supports for long-term success.
Build strong local networks to open more doors for jobseekers.

Organised multitasking skills as someone who can keep on top of plans, records, and deadlines.
Great skills as a team player who works well with employers, colleagues, and community partners.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
Experience in a customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
