Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Employment Law Attorney position will possess the following qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
A minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law, specifically with cases involving wrongful termination, workers' compensation, and employment discrimination
Must be licensed to practice law in the state
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Superior oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve disputes favorably for our clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism and ethical standards
