We are a boutique firm located in Sydney’s CBD, near Martin Place, seeking a permanent lawyer to join our team. The role will focus primarily on employment law, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in defamation and general commercial litigation.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong time management skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
The ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
Exceptional attention to detail
Confidence in dealing directly with clients and external parties
A resourceful and inquisitive mindset
In this role, you will:
Communicate directly with clients, prospective clients and external parties
Draft legal correspondence and prepare court and client documents
Manage employment-related disputes under the guidance of a senior partner
Candidates should have at least 1-year PAE and some basic employment law experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer who is eager to build a strong career in employment law while developing expertise across other areas of litigation, all within a supportive and collaborative team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
