Job Description
In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with Business Supervisors to deliver on-the-job coaching, ensure quality and productivity standards are met, and help create inclusive, empowering work environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide practical instruction and guidance to Supported Employees to enable skill development & achievement of personal goals whilst supporting the delivery of high-quality contract services.
Assist with quality control and liaise with customers to ensure expectations are met
Collaborate with the Business Supervisors in monitoring team dynamics and performance.
About You
You’re a hands-on, compassionate team player who thrives in dynamic environments. Working outside, helping others build skills and confidence, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
You’ll bring:
Certificate III in Community Services (or similar) or equivalent experience
A current Driver’s Licence (essential)
Senior First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (essential)
Experience supporting people with disabilities, through work or lived experience (essential)
Background in work crew, trade, or manual labour settings (desirable)
Strong communication, problem-solving, time management skills and data entry
Ability to work independently in isolated settings
