We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Designing Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fashion designing initiatives.
You will work closely with senior trainers and leadership to support product strategies, build rapport with learners, and collaborate on educational campaigns. This is a growth-focused role where you will contribute to our development while honing your skills, with opportunities to lead training initiatives and eventually grow into a leadership position.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 0-3 years of experience in fashion designing, education, or fashion counselling
• Expertise in any field of fashion designing
• A highly motivated individual who enjoys building relationships with members and helps drive the adoption of our products and services
• Hands-on experience in creating, testing & rolling out campaigns
• The ability to present to an audience
