Work you’ll do

The Executive will be responsible for end-to-end vendor onboarding and empanelment lifecycle. The role involves due diligence, compliance verification, stakeholder coordination and ensuring timely activation of vendors as per organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Empanelment
Manage end-to-end vendor empanelment process from application to activation to renewals and offboarding.
Review and validate vendor documentation (KYC, statutory compliance documents).
Conduct due diligence checks and risk assessments.
Maintain vendor master data with accuracy and completeness.

Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
Track documentation validity (GST, PAN, insurance, certifications, etc.)
Coordinate with legal, finance, risk and resource management teams for approvals.
Support internal and external audits related to vendor onboardings.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Act as single point of contact for vendors during onboarding.
Resolve onboarding related queries within defined TAT.
`Ensure smooth transition of empanelled vendors to operational teams.

Process Improvement & Reporting
Monitor and improve empanelment turnaround time (TAT).
Maintain MIS dashboards and status trackers
Identify process gaps and suggest automation/improvement initiatives.
Drive standardization of onboarding templates and documents.

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/HRMS systems
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines effectively
Problem-solving and follow-up orientation
