System Software Developer
We are seeking a talented System Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software features and systems that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver small code features, system components, or platforms that align with our business objectives.
• Ensure the quality delivery of features and systems by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
• Create and improve internal libraries and tools to enhance our development process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure seamless integration with external associates.
• Participate in production support situations to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Enhance your knowledge and understanding of core concepts through continuous learning and professional development.
• Communicate effectively with various business partners through verbal and written communication.
Requirements:
• You should have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience with a bachelor's or associate degree, or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 capabilities is essential, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Loop.
• You must be able to troubleshoot and provide technical support for AV-related issues, including video conferencing, audio, and display systems.
• Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Android/iOS operating system platforms is required.
• You should possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in an end-user computing environment would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of installing and configuring AV equipment such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, TVs, microphones, speakers, etc., would be an asset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in PowerShell would be desirable.
• Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Miro, Box, and Google Suite would be an asset.
• A proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously would be beneficial.
