Job Description:
We’re hiring End-User Support Executives to assist US-based customers in resolving daily usage issues across devices and applications.
Responsibilities:
• Support for basic system errors, connectivity issues, and performance lag.
• Deliver polite, structured responses over chat/call.
• Follow up until customer confirms satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Tech-savvy with strong communication skills.
• Experience in handling consumer-facing support preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,876.20 - ₹44,824.+5 per month
Shift:
• Night shift
Work Location: In person
