End User Technology Support Lead

As a senior member in the End User Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality technology services to our users.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for providing hands-on Level 2 and Level 3 diagnostics customer support to manage technology hardware and software for Kainga Ora users.
Key to this role also involves actively coaching and mentoring End User Technology Engineers on software, hardware security, various operating models, and applications.
**Requirements**
We are looking for a skilled IT professional with advanced technical and troubleshooting expertise in technology hardware and software support.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft PC management tools, including SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, and Active Directory, alongside an ITIL Foundation certificate and relevant Microsoft certifications.
Experience with ITSM environments like ServiceNow is essential, as is a proven track record of leading projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
