Job Description
Assist physicians and nurses during endoscopic procedures (e.g., colonoscopy, gastroscopy, bronchoscopy).
Prepare and maintain endoscopic instruments, equipment, and rooms.
Ensure proper sterilization and disinfection of scopes and tools according to infection control protocols.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of endoscopy equipment.
Handle specimen collection, labeling, and transport as per guidelines.
Monitor and document patient vitals before, during, and after procedures (if required).
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures and inventory.
