Are you passionate about cutting-edge AI technologies? Join our dynamic team as a GenAI Engineer / Developer and work on state-of-the-art solutions leveraging OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, and agentic AI frameworks. We're looking for professionals who are ready to take AI systems to the next level through intelligent automation, multi-agent collaboration, and scalable cloud deployments.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop OpenAI-powered applications (chatbots, RAG systems, multi-agent tools).
• Work with Autogen, LangGraph, CrewAI, and other agentic frameworks to build intelligent, autonomous agents.
• Integrate Azure Cognitive Services (e.g., Translator, Form Recognizer, Text Analytics).
• Implement backend services using Python or .NET to support AI features.
• Use chunking, embedding, and vector search with custom datasets for model fine-tuning.
• Deploy AI solutions using Azure Functions, App Services, Kubernetes (AKS), etc.
• Continuously evaluate GPT models and optimize for performance and relevance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Stay current with advancements in GenAI, Azure AI, and multi-agent systems.
✅ Required Skills:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI GPT models and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
• Experience with agentic AI tools like Autogen, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Proficient with Azure Cognitive Services and Azure AI Studio.
• Familiarity with NLP, RAG techniques, and vector databases.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
💡 Preferred / Bonus Skills:
• Master’s degree in AI/ML or related field.
• Microsoft Azure / OpenAI certifications.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI Builder, and Conversational AI tools.
• Knowledge of blob storage indexing and Azure AI Search.
• Prior work on enterprise-grade chatbot or GenAI projects.
