• Must have experience in E-Commerce Industry.
• Leadership Hiring for Technology Products/E-commerce/Start-up can be in staffing or permanent or International Hiring.
• Managing the entire section of corporate hiring /Leadership Hiring
• Experienced in managing recruitment data on Ms. Excel, DMS ie. Hirecraft, Seeker. Good experience in making PPT presentation.
• Market research on the current trends accordingly mapping the industry, in order to bring new clients on-board.
• Maintain relationship with Vendors, employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment Sources.
• Customer Success
• Product On-boarding
• Product Training to Product adoption
• Customer Interaction
• Customer retention
• Upsell / Renewal
• Prepare and execute Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
• Recruitment Delivery
• Market Intelligence
• Talent Mapping and creating recruitment strategies to hit the target talent pool and offer management process.
