Engine Calibration
A purpose driven role for you
The calibration engineer is responsible for motorcycle & Scooter calibration activities as per approved model strategy with focus on implementation of relevant technologies and ensures delivery within CTQ parameters. He is also responsible for guiding the team of engineers for successfully implementation of technologies and calibration strategies on the relevant projects. He also ensures analysis of test results and accordingly decides next calibration steps.
A Day in the life
1. Implementation of correct calibration methodology and technical solutions meeting the CTQ targets for commuter motorcycle calibration projects
2. Ensure execution of all commuter motorcycle related calibration tasks at highest quality level
3. Execution of DOE provided by Expert engineer.
4. Execution of all calibration projects by means of implementation of relevant Strategies.
Academic Qualification & Experience
BTech /M Tech from renowned institute +10 yrs of experience
Technical Skills/Knowledge
1. Work experience on calibration algorithms, ETC stems, basics of ABS
calibration, EVAPO Shed
2. Proven record of work on optimization tools like CAMEO, CONCERTO
etc.
Behavioural Skills
Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills. Analytical & crticial thinking, stakeholder management
