What will your day look like
As an Engineer, your role is to Accurately process UAM requests, Creation, Amendment & Deletion of user ID’s on ANZ’s banking systems for ANZ staff as per HR records.
• Ensure Access control is automated, systematic, and transparent by performing administrative tasks and implementing processes.
• Administrative experience on managing user access management functions on windows, IBMi applications.
• Target Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
• Improve customer focus in the way queries are handled and responded resulting in improved customer feedback.
• Consistently engage with the customer and assist the CSL/CL in meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Effective resolution of all queries/customer complaints to avoid recurrence and perform RCA whenever required.
• Managing Documentation associated to IAM Functions & regular updates of these documents.
• Scheduling stakeholder’s meetings & proactively address/facilitate issue and re-addressable of issues.
• Work tasks consistently meet all agreed SLA’s whilst reducing inconsistencies associated with risk/errors.
• Function as a Subject Matter expert on identity and access management policies, standards, risk, and control management.

• Process knowledge on IAM & administration principles.
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Customer Focus and effective time management.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving capability and decision-making ability.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with others.
You will also have the following specialised skills:
• An understanding of user access administration principles, policies, and standards.
• An understanding of Administration skills on any one of the mentioned platforms: Windows, Mainframe (ACF2/RACF), UNIX, AS400, Tandem.
• Knowledge on ITIL Foundation, Service
