Job Title- Assistant Vice President, Data Scientist
Location- Pune, India
Role Description
You will be joining the Engineering function within the Cloud and Innovation Network (C∈) division. Your team is the “Revenue optimization, platforms and Banking-as-a-Service” squad, which is dedicated to creating innovative PoCs and products in these areas using data science, ML and cloud technologies.
As a data scientist within our team, you will contribute to all aspects of the project execution, from assessing the feasibility and viability of ideas through to designing and implementing them. We require data scientists with a strong dedication to engineering best practices, who thrive in complex, ever-changing environments and enjoy engaging with non-technical stakeholders to find the best solution. You will make a real difference for senior stakeholders across core banking functions where computational, complexity and efficiency challenges abound – through your own delivery and through the promotion of modern development best practices and techniques.

Your key responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative solutions using advanced analytics, machine learning / AI and cloud technologies for revenue optimization, Banking-as-a-Service and Platform ecosystems
- Deliver high quality solutions through innovative design aligned with strong development practices
- Engage with product managers and business stakeholders to identify and evaluate opportunities to create value through innovative solutions
