Role Description:
Service Automation team aims to reduce the toil in the infrastructure management and operational activities. Our tools automate the management of infrastructure, scheduled tasks, orchestrate flows and tickets, and perform developer and L2 activities in a repeatable and consistent manner with minimal human intervention.
We are looking for enthusiastic full stack developers, senior full stack developers and engineers who can work across technologies, analyze customer requirements and platform performance, and come up with designs and solutions and implement them. We primarily work as full stack developers.

Your key responsibilities:
Owning user requirements
Working with the automation products and delivering new features
Working across technology stacks to deliver automation
Help design/build the AI/ML engine for AIOPS
Impact analysis & low-level solution design
Development of new features
Working with the SRE team to resolve issues, improve performance and availability, and reduce toil
Maintaining documentation for features
Interacting with users and understanding bottlenecks
Using OKRs and other means to steer adoption across the bank
Work on the CI/CD pipelines
Your skills and experience
7 - 12 years experience in Python or Java
Good knowledge in REST APIs & REST design principles, use of SWAGGER for documentation
Hands on experience in SQL or NOSQL databases, preferably Elastic DB or Oracle
Experience in Angular Or ReactJS
Exposure to Google Cloud or any other cloud platform like AWS/Azure
Knowledge in Ansible will be an advantage
Experience in tools like Terraform/Packer will be helpful but not mandatory
Experience in Apache Airflow, BMC Control-M, Broadcom Automic UC4 will be helpful but not mandatory
Must have worked in Agile and must have used Jira & Confluence
Experience in CI/CD pipeline development & continuous rollout of feature
Confident Communication skills
Must have managed a team of at least 5-7 developers
