Role Location: Bangalore
Role Type: Engineer
Candidate will develop, support, tune and deploy Web Application Firewall security solutions across Bank.
What will your day look like
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- DevOps Skills: IAC using Terraform, Build Tools, Troubleshooting, Containerisation
- Have a good knowledge of cyber security principles and concepts, web attack types and Countermeasures
- Experience working in a Cloud environment as a DevOps Engineer.
- Experience in AWS/ Azure /GCP as DevOps Engineer
- Change management covering planning, approvals, testing and execution.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- 1-3 years of experience including 3 years’ relevant experience as DevOps Engineer.
- Good communication and writing skills with the ability to drive both business teams and technical teams
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions.
- Knowledge of Service Now and change management process
- Understanding Agile Methodology
Skills
Devops Skill: Experience in Terraform(must). Experience in IAC using Terraform(must), large scale deployment using declarative language, Experience in Pipeline development /optimisation. Experience in Cloud Technology/Cloud Migrations.
Scripting Language: Python/Perl/Shell,Or any coding language.
IAC: Terraform(must)
Version Control: GIT
Build Tool: Jenkins/Cloudbuild/Codefresh ( any build tool)
Security: Understanding of Security & how to incorporate in day-to-day work.
