At ANZ, the Information Protection tribe partners with the business and technology to ensure Security @ Speed by delivering improvements to controls that reduce the extreme information protection risk for the bank and ensuring that our existing platforms are maintained and well managed.

As an Engineer in the Encryption as a Service squad, you will be working to expand the encryption and cloud key management services in the bank to allow applications to scale up rapidly and securely. This role will require you to enable systems to enhance their functional capabilities in automation, cloud coverage and instrument/product coverage.

The other key component of this role is to utilise your technology engineering expertise by collaborating with architecture and product owner to develop our technology roadmap and assess new technologies which drive improvement on excellence, quality and performance to ANZ globally.

About You

Knowledge of HashiCorp Vault (Advance Data Protection) or similar Encryption as a Service solution

Looking for 5+Years of experience

Knowledge or background in key management fundamentals

Understanding of deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters and application hosted on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP);

Understanding of CI/CD Tools – Bitbucket/Github/Codefresh, Artifactory, Docker Registry;

Knowledge in Linux administration and background in TCP/IP network fundamentals;

Good programming and scripting background in shell/bash scripting, python;

Understanding of provisioning\configuration management tools such as puppet, terraform;

Understanding of authentication protocols (Basic Auth, OAuth, Kubernetes Auth, LDAP);

Understanding of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic;

Passionate, self-starter with the ability to work on problems from inception to completion;

Good communication skills; and Good analytical and problem solving skills.
