• Understanding of Drawing Method Card Reading
• Experience of Molding/Core Making Coating Practices to produce a good quality Mold/Core
• Core Setting Mold Closing and handling of Big Molds
• Ability to find root cause for rejection and derive CAPA
• Supervisory skill to handle workmen
