Responsibilities Support IS applications: Maintain the quality of the production, define processes and apply them. Lead the team on its deliveries and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve quality deliverables. Develop training materials / solutions to support business usage of Valeo Core IS applications. Creates, edits, and/or maintains internal training documentation / support. Should be competent to work on most phases of documentation and levels of editing. Education Bachelor’s degree preferred. Diploma/degree in Instructional Designing would be an added advantage. Experience: Experience in eLearning Industry (1 to 3 years) Experience in Instructional Design (0 to 2 years) Experience in Training Content Development (1-2 years) Skills: Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills and technical aptitude preferred. Experience/knowledge on PLM, CAD or any automobile applications would be an added advantage. Recent background and experience in training and developing computer-based training (CBT) courses and/or training for a new system implementation preferred. Ability to produce concise and innovative materials to seamlessly support learning transfer (such as interactive job aids, logic branching, course bundling or integrate key learning indicators). Proficient with JIRA, SharePoint and MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office Outlook).
