Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate KNX Programmer with hands-on experience in KNX systems. This role involves full-cycle project execution—from planning and design to system programming, integration, testing, and client handover—for premium residential and commercial automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Design & Planning:

BOQ preparation, system design, and layout planning for lighting, HVAC, shading, and AV automation.

Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Programming & Configuration:

Program KNX systems including actuators, gateways, keypads, sensors, and scene settings.

Develop logic controls, schedulers, mobile app integrations, and system syncing across different brands.
• Integration & Testing:

Integrate third-party systems including CCTV, door locks, IR devices, AV systems, HVAC, VDPs, and multi-room audio.

Perform rigorous testing and troubleshooting of devices, drivers, and controls.
• Documentation & Handover:

Create detailed documentation including AutoCAD drawings (SLD, structured cabling), labeling, addressing, and coding.

Conduct client demonstrations, user training, and complete handover processes.
• Support & Maintenance:

Provide post-installation support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications & Skills [ If you have what it takes to deliver on the role nothing is strictly necessary but it helps us figure out you superpower faster ]

· Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines.

· Certified KNX Programmer (Crestron / Lutron certifications are a strong advantage).

· 2-4 years of relevant experience in home/office automation.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and documentation tools.

· Good knowledge of communication protocols like BACnet, Modbus, etc.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

· Knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) is a plus.

· Certifications in networking or system integration are desirable.
