Job description: Job Description: Job Level: AVP Job title :Local Regulatory Reporting Location: Pune Role Description – Summary This role is for technical experienced role responsible for hands on development as an IC role. Hands on coding & unit testing of software applications. The candidate is expected to work closely with Business Product Owner and Lead Software Development Manager and other key stake holders to ensure good quality, maintainable scalable and high performing software applications are delivered to users. The candidate should be coming from a strong technical background with able to do coding/configuration changes independently. Should be hands on and be able to work independently requiring minimal technical/tool guidance. Work closely with team members and vendor team to design and develop software. Should have good communication skill and strong positive outlook. The candidate should be skilled and proficient in Java/REACT which are mandatory. Reporting experience will be an added advantage. Will get involved with hands-on code commits and configuration. System Integration testing of developed software Guide junior team members technically. Do code review of other team members Participate in daily stand-up meetings Articulate issues and risks to management in timely manner Analyse software defects and get them fixed in timely manner Work closely with Stakeholders and other teams like Architecture team, Quality Assurance teams etc. Experience / Exposure Must have Should be hands on in technology. Minimum 8 years of IT industry experience. JAVA 6 + years of experience, REACT/REDUX minimum 2-3 years of experience. Sprint boot, Micro Services. Inter communication between MS, Swagger testing. Hands-on experience on SQL/PL SQL. Data analysis using PL/SQL. Drools Engine. CI/CD (Team City or Jenkins) GitHub usage JSON structure Basic Commands on UNIX Worked in Agile/Scrum software development atmosphere Good verbal communication along with some team handling experience. Agile methodology. Nice to have Familiarity to Jira and ALM. Good to Have - Tableau knowledge. Good to Have - Cloud knowledge/experience. Good to have SAFe Agile knowledge (ART) or experience.
