Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Hands on experience of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, maintenance of machines.
• He will be working in general shift, will be responsible for smooth operation of plant and machineries.
• Experience of hydraulic and mechanical maintenance
• Experience of working with Co2 welding, spot welding Robots and SPMs.
• Expertise in Mechanical maintenance of CNC bending machines, Pneumatic presses'.
• Experience about maintenance of crew compressors, DG Set, fire engine, cranes etc.
• Basic knowledge about electricals.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, dirty conditions as needed.
• Approach to zero breakdown.
• Compile operational records, such repair and maintenance statistics, test results.
• Find out root cause and implement counter measures.
• Monitor utility equipment's and utility areas.
• Monitor tool and spare parts inventories and the condition.
• Maintain & maintenance of shop to ensure adequate working conditions.
