Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to support and implement Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic manufacturing, experience with ERP tools, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain MES tools across manufacturing processes, including warehouse management and quality control.
• Collaborate with MES suppliers and department heads to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth production line execution.
• Provide hardware implementation support and maintenance for MES tools.
• Continuously improve MES functionalities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align MES activities with overall production goals.
• Ensure compliance with electronic industry traceability requirements.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Background in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS).
• Understanding of electronic industry traceability requirements.
• Experience in using ERP tools such as SAP or SAP HANA.
• Familiarity with machine and tester integration is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
System knowledge in MS office, EMS background Understanding of electronic industry traceability requirement. Ability to understand and implement MES tool across manufacturing process including warehouse management and quality requirements. Hardware implementation support and maintenance. Experience in any of the ERP Tool usage - Like SAP, SAP Hanna, Etc. Will be good if any Machine integration and Tester integration experience. Co-ordinating with MES supplier and respective department heads to solve problems and smooth execution on production line Working on Contineus improvement on the MES tool. Candidate should have good communication and presentation skills.
