Job Summary
·
Maintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization
Manage the Internal Audit records for all sites (This include opening to closing meeting)
What a typical day looks like:
· Work with Corporate Quality on QMS action follow up and status updates
· Provide reports, information, analysis etc., as required, in a timely, professional manner
Manager supplier processes and interaction with suppliers include follow up call, status updates.
· Maintain good level of Interpersonal and rapport with all stakeholders as well as a strong partnership with corporate Quality.
· Maintain the DMS Document Management System
· Perform Grading of FMEA, CAR and lead CFT Cross Function Team meet
· Issue resolutions with CAPA approaches and guidance to team
· Activities involve DMS, Analysis, Internal Audit, MRM, CAR grading, FMEA grading, Continual Improvements etc,
· Presentation Skill is important – Procedures as and when changes, need to cascade via trainings and email rolls-out Education and Certification
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering graduates
Certified Internal Auditor for ISO +001 :2015
Certified IATF 16+4+ : 2016
Automotive 5 Core Tools
Good Analytical skills
Ability to collaborate with multifunction teams
Knowledge on IA and MRM must
Ability to conduct the training on Quality Topics
Sound Knowledge on Quality Standard
Knowledge on SharePoint Power Automate, Web Apps (Tableau) will be added advantage
