Job Description
Lead and manage a team of WLAN test engineers across functional, automation, and system testing domains for the automotive connectivity test group.
• Define and drive test strategies for WLAN features including MLO, 802.11ax/be, P2P, WLAN/BT/LTE co-ex, automotive use case, and power/performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, program management, customer engineering) to align on test plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ensure timely and high-quality validation of software releases across automotive platforms.
• Mentor and grow team members into technical and leadership roles.
