Responsibilities 1. Experience in Automotive HVAC Projects 2. Must have worked on Functional requirements for HVAC 3. Good Exposure to Microcontroller based platforms 4. Analyse the system requirements and derive the software requirements 5. Excellent knowledge in C Coding skills 6. Good exposure to automation tools and scripts 7. Create the high-level design and low-level design 8. Working in software components development like I2C,SPI,PCI,UART,CAN,LIN +. Good exposure to SW compiler and Debugger
. Monitor employees performance related to technical. 2- 2. Lead his technical team through guidance, coaching, motivation, to achieve optimum performance levels Handle technical responsibility for the project (quality and correct functionality of deliverables). 3- 3. Follow up with Team members on technical issues 4. 4- Enabler and contributor for reuse & standardization activities 5- 5. Follow up on the projects as per defined projects reporting mechanisms. 6. Responsible for improving project team members efficiency related to technical 7. Handle regular customer communications and solve any raised issues 7. Knowledge in ASPICE Experience –10-11 years
