Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Key Areas of Focus:
Strategic Planning and Development
Create software configurations for PLC and User Interface from master P & ID or flowcharts, and release them to customers using software version 1.00 or higher as per their sales orders.
Functional Core Developments:
Configure and create PLC and User Interface software codes for additional customer requirements using ACGE company guidelines for level 1 modules and level 2 & 3 machine function design.
Main Objectives:
Design, test, release, and document IIOT Tag lists and interface functions.
Deliver content (screen shots) to the documentation team for machine operation manuals, validation documents, and other relevant materials.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Create and store software backups for customer projects as part of machine life cycle traceability.
Execute and document disaster recovery processes for PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and servo systems.
Test and record software ITR results before releasing them to production using simulation software.
Perform machine I/O testing.
