engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our products. You will be the point of
contact for any technical issues and will work closely with other teams to ensure our
products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Job Description
As an Assistant Manager in the IT Production department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the technical aspects of our production operations. This role requires a strong understanding of Python, .NET, JavaScript, and Data Engineering. You will be expected to leverage these skills to improve our production processes, develop new systems, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
Principal Accountabilities
Lead a team of Product Support Engineers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship
Oversee the troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of our products to ensure optimal functionality and user experience
Utilize technical skills in Python, .NET, React, JavaScript, and Data Engineering to understand and resolve complex product issues
Collaborate with other teams, including product development and quality assurance, to ensure product standards are met and maintained
Foster a team environment that encourages adaptability, collaboration, flexibility, and teamwork
Implement IT Service Management (ITSM. principles and practices to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive
Handle escalated technical issues, providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure all product support documentation is up-to-date and accurate
Participate in product planning and strategy meetings, providing insights and suggestions from a support perspective.
