This is more than just a leadership role — it's a chance to influence how Selwyn grows. As a senior leader in our Asset Management Team, you'll be at the heart of stakeholder engagement, technical excellence and assisting with strategic planning. You'll manage a high-performing team, responsible for reviewing and inspecting critical infrastructure projects across the district, within statutory timeframes — all while fostering strong relationships with developers, internal teams, and community partners.

Join us in Selwyn and be part of a team that's not just building infrastructure — we're building the future.

About you:

Proven track record of developing and maintaining positive relationships across a broad range of sectors at a senior level.
Demonstrated ability to create a continuous improvement culture and motivating environment for staff.
Experience working in a local/central government environment (desirable)
Relevant Engineering qualification and Member of Engineering New Zealand
Apply now and lead the way in shaping Selwyn's next chapter.
