Job Description
• Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance programs for all hotel systems and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain all engineering systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, elevators, and generators.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper records of daily operations, maintenance activities, utility consumption, and equipment performance.
• Support the Chief Engineer in coordinating with contractors and vendors for repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.
• Ensure all safety standards and legal compliance (e.g., fire systems, water treatment, waste disposal) are met.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, and assist in procurement when required.
• Supervise and support junior engineering staff and technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Participate in energy conservation and sustainability initiatives within the hotel.
