Job Purpose:
To provide hands-on training and exposure to engineering practices, support ongoing projects, and enhance technical skills while contributing to departmental objectives. Preference will be given to female candidates in line with the company’s diversity and inclusion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist engineers in design, testing, maintenance, or project activities.
Support in data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
Participate in problem-solving, process improvement, and quality checks.
Work with cross-functional teams for project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and quality requirements.
Learn and apply relevant engineering tools, software, and techniques.
Present findings and progress reports to supervisors.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong academic foundation in [Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Electronics / Computer Science, depending on role].
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in an industrial environment.
Knowledge of AutoCAD / MATLAB / PLC / MS Office / domain-related software (preferred).
Team player with problem-solving mindset.
Education & Eligibility:
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in [relevant engineering stream].
Final-year students or recent graduates.
Female candidates preferred as part of the organisation's diversity initiatives.
