Job Description:Profession:Head of Technical Service OperationsRole:Global Head of Finance and RFT APAC Production IntegrityCorporate title:DLocation:PuneROLE SUMMARYThe role in question does cover 2 responsibilities:The Global Head of Finance Production Integrity organization is responsible for the production application support incl. production planning, execution and monitoring of applications surrounding Deutsche Bank’s financial, cost, risk and regulatory reporting, daily P&L. We use industry standard platforms such as SAP systems / applications / products (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), S4HANA, Business Information Warehouse (BW), Business Consolidation System (BCS)), Axiom, and Informatica which are part of the Financial architecture along with critical in-house developed applications like FDW. There are approximately 100+ applications covered by the team, with a distinct user base of 5000+ across the globe. The Global Head of Finance Production Integrity leads a current team of appr. 65 internals and 150 externals (vendor resources) in a 24x7 follow-the sun-model.The regional RFT APAC Production Integrity lead ensures the services delivery for Risk, Treasury and Finance during the APAC timezone – especially serving as an escalation contact for the stakeholders in the region. In addition the regional RFT APAC lead is overseeing the team in the region and works together with the global functional leads related to staff matters.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESThe Global Head of Finance Production integrity function is accountable for the service delivery to the Finance and Corporate Services stakeholders – especially senior management, managing major incident, developing and implementing the group’s strategy in-line with the RFT production integrity and overall IT strategy (Agile, DevOps, GCP, Production Engineering, SRE), respectively, transforming the current production organization into a technical, best-in-class production organization closely aligned with the CIO teams, managing the service delivery of the service providers.Furthermore the Global Head of Finance Production Integrity maintains and improves production KPIs such as system availability, MTTR, incidents, problems, SRs, KSL, dbRUN execution, etc.The regional RFT APAC Production Integrity lead ensures the services delivery for Risk, Treasury and Finance during the APAC timezone – especially serving as an escalation contact for the stakeholders in the region.
