Must have strong software development background in a mainstream programming language such as Java
Knowledge of nodeJS expected
Must have experience in GitHub & Bitbucket, preferably including use and configuration
Must have strong knowledge of full software development, testing, deployment and operational lifecycle, SDLC

Strong knowledge of GIT version control, including GIT workflow and branching strategies
Experience of developing solutions using Cloud providers such as AWS, Azure

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices
Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
