Full–time
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our mobile applications for [platforms such as iOS/Android].
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features.
• Mentor and lead a team of mobile engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback.
• Drive best practices in mobile development, including code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate mobile applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security requirements, and industry best practices.
• Handle technical challenges and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolution to ensure smooth operation of mobile applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on [iOS/Android] platforms.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
