Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, and modern web technologies.
Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in coding, design, and performance optimization.
Evaluate and maintain high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with backend teams working with Node.js / GoLang to ensure seamless system integration.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
Plan resource allocation and prioritize tasks in alignment with business objectives.
Project Delivery
Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and features maintaining quality standards.
Drive agile methodologies and improve team productivity through efficient workflows.
Cloud Management
Utilize AWS Cloud services for application hosting, monitoring, and scalability.
Evaluate and optimize costs and performance by ensuring the team leverages AWS effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Translate technical challenges into actionable solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
