A high-impact Engineering Manager role within a small, fast-moving team backed by a global tech environment. You’ll lead full-stack engineers responsible for a core platform powering online retail & ecommerce.
The Role
Lead a team across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure
Drive technical direction and product delivery
Own services, APIs, integrations, and UI components
Ensure reliability, performance, observability, and secure engineering practices
Partner closely with Product, Professional Services, and global engineering teams
Hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent
About You
Proven experience as a hands-on technical leader or Engineering Manager
8+ years in web application engineering, including managing teams of 6+ - ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment
Strong skills in C#, .Net, and AWS
Go, Ruby & Rust along with other languages will be highly regarded
Experience with Azure, AKS, cloud-native systems, and OWASP-aligned security
Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management
Pragmatic, collaborative, and passionate about building high-performing teams
