Job Description
Our company is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering team in developing high-quality software products. As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process, managing a team of developers, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of software projects. You should have 5+ years of experience in software engineering and possess a deep understanding of NodeJS, ReactJS, Docker, Kubernetes, Typescript, and DevOps. Experience with AWS, GCP, React Native, and Android Development will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of software engineers in developing high-quality software products.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of software projects.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand and prioritize software development initiatives.
• Design, develop, and deploy software applications utilizing NodeJS, ReactJS, Docker, Kubernetes Typescript, and DevOps methodologies.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability of software products.
• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Manage the team's day-to-day activities, including sprint planning, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, ReactJS, Docker, Kubernetes, Typescript, and DevOps.
• Experience leading and managing a team of software engineers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with AWS, GCP, React Native, Android Development.
• Understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
