QUALIFICATION
• Diploma/ B Tech/ CIPET/ TRTC
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Direct responsible for Engineering/NPD/Tool Design
• Lead the NPD & Engineering Team
• Manage RFQ, study technical feasibility, prepare commercials, and respond to the Customer
• Prepare tool DFMEA and participate in discussion with the Customer.
• Interact with Suppliers for tool design, tool planning, trials, and solutions
• To do Analysis and Propose Efficient and Effective Solutions
• Utilization of know-how/lesson learned in a new tool
• To ensure better part quality and higher productivity
• MIS, Presentation, Budget & Resource Management
• Mentoring and Continual Improvements
• Improve Manufacturing and Tooling by adding value
• Eliminate productivity loss on account of Tool Break down / Spare Management
• Work in coordination with plant and CFT
• To do the assessment of tooling cost.
SKILLS
• Leadership Quality.
• Techno-Commercial Background.
• MTTR /MTBF /DFMEA /PFMEA /Control Plan.
• Complementary knowledge of Plastic molding.
• Good in Communication, Written and Verbal.
• Must have exposure to Leading a team of 5 to 7 members.
• Preferred to have System Knowledge in Automotive Parts and Tool Development.
• Selection of Cutting Tools/ Tool Material/ Surface Treatment to optimize productivity and cost.
