🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers
• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
• Drive technical vision, architecture, and design decisions
• Work on Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React
• Ensure high-quality development, testing, and deployment practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
• Manage timelines, resources, and overall delivery
• Conduct code reviews and promote continuous improvement

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
• Hands-on experience with React (preferred)
• Experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and tools (JIRA, etc.)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
