If you get excited about solving highly impactful business problems by using machine learning on large datasets, in a creative and fast-paced open cultured environment, then you should consider applying for this position.RequirementsRequirements: Ability to collaborate with product and engineering leaders to deliver solutions with strategic planning across multiple functional groups.Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop team members to deliver value consistently.Good experience in software design and architecture.Good experience in building complex and scalable Machine Leaning solutions.Distinctive problem-solving skills and impeccable business judgment.Perform code and design reviews.Research, learn, design, and build scalable Machine Learning workflows.Demonstrate ownership and commitment.Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.Perform deep dive analysis to understand and optimize the key product KPIs.Apply statistics, modeling, and machine learning to improve the efficiency of systems and relevance algorithms across our business application products.Conduct data analysis to make product recommendations and design A/B experiments.Partner with Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities Qualifications BA/BS or MS degree with an emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences)10 years of overall experience and hands-on experience with the design + implementation of Machine Learning models for solving business problems with statistical packages, such as R, MATLAB, Python (NumPy, Scikit-learn + Pandas) or MLlibExperience with articulating product questions and using statistics to arrive at an answer.Experience with scripting in SQL - extracting large data sets and design of ETL flows.Work experience in an inter-disciplinary/cross-functional fieldExperience in Big Data (spark, AWS, etc.) platforms and Advertising will be good to have.Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, trends and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics and program evaluationCapable of translating analysis results into business recommendationsWe are looking for either of the following spikes in the candidate’s CV.Needs candidate from Tier 1 college (IIT, NIT)The candidate should have good grades.The candidate should have a paper presented at the international level or a Patent in his / her name.The candidate should have won the Kaggle competition.relevant AdTech experience reached management position. Ph.D. as the highest qualification in M
