Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex IT projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan and execute projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and within budget
Develop realistic project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet changing project requirements
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results
Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, team members, and management to ensure project progress and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, preferably with a technical focus
Strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and management
Able to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
