JOB SUMMARY
As an Engineering Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as an Engineering Office Coordinator will include but not be limited to:
• Provide administrative assistance to the engineering team, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
• Monitor and track maintenance requests and work orders using the hotel’s management software. Ensure timely follow-up and completion of tasks.
• Assist in managing inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Act as a liaison between the engineering department and other hotel departments, facilitating effective communication regarding maintenance issues and projects.
• Assist with coordinating engineering projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with vendors.
