Engineering Project Development Manager

**About the Role**

As the successful applicant for this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the rail and civil infrastructure SOW for a major project. You will manage the project lifecycle for this project's stream (rail and civil infrastructure), ensuring adherence to safety, quality, budget, and timeline requirements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

Project planning and execution

Developing and managing detailed project schedules, budgets, and resources

Leading the development and execution of rail and civil infrastructure for this major project

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Technical leadership in the design and construction of rail and civil infrastructure, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, environmental regulations, and safety requirements

Ability to conduct technical reviews and provide engineering solutions to project challenges

Experience preparing, negotiating, and managing tenders and contracts with vendors, consultants, and contractors
