Job Title-Business Analyst
Location- Pune, India
Role Description
The Data Architecture team with Deutsche Bank's Chief Technology Office is responsible for delivering enterprise wide data architecture standards, tools and change initiatives, executing in-line with the Bank's data strategy.
Your role as a Business Analyst will be part of a team defining how we build out Data Products and Data Meshes and their usage in the enterprise. The scope includes driving buy-in / initial adoptions and defining a de-centralized operating model across the enterprise. It is a green-field delivery with early work being hands-on to start realizing the vision and provide tangible outcomes. This is an great opportunity to get involved into emerging technologies as part of key stream for transforming our technology estate to treat our data as an asset maximizing the value of it.

Your key responsibilities
• Business analysis identifying requirements for Data Products & Data Mesh by collaborating with stakeholders and investigating available assets
• Data and process analysis
• Providing backlog items/requirements for engineering teams
• Taking part in delivery sprint processes and daily stand ups
• Test planning/design and execution in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams
Your skills and experience
• 5+ years as a Business/Functional Analyst
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders identifying requirements and priorities
• Experience transforming business requirements into database queries
• Ability to translate between technical language from development/architectural teams to business language and back
• Experienced working in an agile team including creating JIRA tickets and sprint participation
• Able to carry out systems testing
• Driven and willing to learn as we uncover more about this – this is a green field project as such we will all be learning as we go
• Detailed financial industry knowledge on specific products or business areas (Nice to Have)
• Awareness of Data products / Data mesh (Nice to Have)
• Experience mapping current processes and to be processes (Nice to Have)
