GRD Engineering Summer Student (4-Month Term)
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
Will use SolidWorks to create parametric models and engineering drawings of GRD products.
Resolve and consult with others to correct design problems between manufacturing and engineering.
Draft technical details as well as assembly instructions and comments.
Prepare engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Completed at least one year of a post-secondary engineering or engineering technology program.
An enthusiastic learner and problem solver. Good listening skills. Hands-on skills. Plays for the team.
Proficiency in Solid Works.
Previous experience in manufacturing or HVAC industry would be considered an asset.
Technically inclined, energetic, productive, and can handle multiple priorities in a timely fashion with a high level of accuracy.
